OH Jocelyn, hang in there, I know you have done this before, it doesnt make it any easier! I dont think I could do it now.Our daughter heads home from Iraq on Thursday!!! Yeay!! She will come back to Texas then go up to see her Hubby for 10 days of leave. She will be out of the AF in July.(((Hugs)))
Hang in there Jocelyn. I can't imagine what your facing. I'm coming out to see you and Heather ride on Saturday. Are you doing english and western or just western? Wondering if I need to be there before lunch or not.
You can do this. I know it's hard. Remember, I had to be without Ranchman John for 30-40 days at a time, trying to take care of the kids and all the stuff that seems to break down when he's gone. It's no fun, that's for sure. But you're one tough chick, and like you said, you have a lots of good friends and a great horse, too. What a full, rich life you have, my friend. Now, go live it! :)~Lisa
Stay busy it helps. I live in Canby and love to go on trail rides if you are ever interested. Of course it needs to dry out a bit. It would be nice to meet you.
Pam that is great news about your daughter! Char Can't wait to meet you in person Saturday! I am riding both Eng and Western.. BIG DAYLisa: I know this isnt my first round of Shawn being gone, but man, its hard this time for some reason, Cant put my finger on it.SFS I'd love to go on a trail ride. Maybe Mcgyver Park when the weather dries out!
Yes - staying busy does help. My hubby used to work a graveyard shift at work and for weeks at a time we'd never see each other at all. I got to where I would habitually line stuff up for me to do alot of the time...
Sure, McIver would be great! My email is firstname.lastname@example.org
11 days?!! I would be missing my fella too. Hang in there!
